1. DGTMB SHOP STORE HOURS
Our offline store open 6 days a week, Monday – Saturday from 09 am to 5 pm. Online store services is 24 hours, but you may make a purchase at our online store before 5pm from everyday to ship the same business day (exclude holidays).
2. DELIVERY & SHIPPING
All domestic orders will be shipped via JNE Regular / PCP. The delivery times of your order will depend on the province you reside and what shipping service that you choose.
Domestic order (Indonesia)
Standard (JNE Regular / PCP) shipping will take 1-3 business day to arrive. The shipping comes with tracking number and we will inform you when the order is shipped.
For international order, please place your order through email to email@example.com for get the details about shipping cost, how long it will takes and also for tax and duties.
3. ORDER PROCESSING
All orders placed before 5pm (GMT+7:00) will ship on the same business day from Monday to Saturday (exclude holidays). Order placed after 5pm everyday will ship on the next day. Please note this will also depend on the stock availability and pick up from JNE / PCP.
4. UNDELIVERED AND UNCLAIMED PACKAGE
It is your responsibility to provide us the correct shipping address. We are not held liable for any undelivered, unclaimed and lost packages. Any package that is refused and returned to us, you will received a refund of your order. Shipping is not refundable, it will be deducted from your refund.
5. RETURN & EXCHANGE
Our return policy lasts 3 days after you receiving your order. If 3 days have gone by since you receiving your order, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging and still tagged. To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will call or send you a message to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and we will send your refund to your bank account (in this case, you need to let us know your bank account), within a certain amount of days.
Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you have not received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. If you have checked and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org. Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.
Exchanges (if applicable)
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at email@example.com and send your item to DGTMB SHOP: Plurugan RT 11 RW 10, Tirtonirmolo, Kasihan, Bantul, 55181, Yogyakarta, Indonesia.
Exchanges Shipping (if applicable)
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund. Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary. You should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance.
